A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (One Optic GmbH, Am Schilfpark 23 b, 21029 Hamburg, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 40 23 96 98 93, Email: mail@oneoptic.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our website at https://brillenbad.com. If you use this online function, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information on the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, together with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage by using appropriate packaging.

Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
